BUENOS AIRES May 27 (Reuters) - Argentina's primary fiscal deficit was 17.429 billion pesos ($1.940 billion) in March, government data showed on Thursday.
The result does not include debt interest payments. The primary budget is closely followed by financial markets as it represents a country's capability to honor its financial commitments.
