OSLO, June 3 (Reuters) - Norwegian oil services firm Aker Solutions won a contract from Italy's Saipem to supply umbilicals for Pemex' Lakach deepwater field in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Norwegian firm will deliver steel tube umbilicals that will help connect the subsea gas development to onshore processing facilities, it said in a statement on Wednesday.
The order will be completed in the third quarter next year and the value of the contract was not disclosed. (Reporting by Stine Jacobsen)
