SANTIAGO, March 7 (Reuters) - Economic activity figures in Chile for February should show significantly more growth than January's, said finance minister Rodrigo Valdes on Monday.
Earlier, central bank figures indicated that year-on-year growth, as measured by the IMACEC index, hit a near six-year low in January of 0.3 percent.
February's reading was expected to be "much higher", Valdes told journalists.
