Brazil's Levy says gov't needs to monitor public debt dynamics
BRASILIA, July 28 (Reuters) - The Brazilian government needs to watch how public debt evolves as it knows it cannot raise taxes excessively, Finance Minister Joaquim Levy said on Tuesday.
