Brazil's Usiminas approves debt renegotiation deal - filing
BRASILIA, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The board of Brazilian steelmaker Usinas Siderurgicas de Minas Gerais SA approved the terms of a debt renegotiation deal with banks and bondholders, including Japanese creditors, the company said in a filing on Friday.
The company said the deal involved 92 percent of the company's total debt. (Writing by Silvio Cascione)
