Brazil's Goldfajn says there is no set time frame for rate cuts
BRASILIA Oct 4 (Reuters) - Brazil's central bank has no set time frame to cut interest rates and policymakers will focus on the evolution of inflation to make their decision, bank governor Ilan Goldfajn said on Tuesday.
"The central bank does not have a pre-established time frame to ease monetary policy," Goldfajn told lawmakers in a congressional hearing. (Reporting by Alonso Soto; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
