Brazil's Usiminas board approves raising 1 bln reais for 2015
RIO DE JANEIRO Nov 27 (Reuters) - Brazilian steelmaker Usinas Siderúrgicas of Minas Gerais SA said on Thursday its board approved raising up to 1 billion reais ($396 million) to fund its 2015 investment plan.
Usiminas, as the company is known, said in a securities filing the move had been approved by a majority vote on the board with just one member voting against.
