RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug 4 (Reuters) - Brazilian steelmaker CSN said on Monday that second-quarter net income slid to 19 million reais ($8.41 million) from 501.9 million reais a year earlier, according to a securities filing.
Net sales at the steelmaker, formally known as Cia Siderurgica Nacional, was 4.05 billion reais and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was 1.3 billion reais. ($1 = 2.2595 Brazilian reais) (Reporting by Jeb Blount; Editing by Jeffrey Benkoe)
