Petrobras resets board of directors meeting for March 26 -source
RIO DE JANEIRO, March 18 (Reuters) - Brazil's state-run oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA rescheduled its board of directors meeting to March 26 from March 23 as it rushes to prepare delayed 2014 audited financial statements and pick new board members, a source told Reuters on Wednesday.
No agenda has been provided for the meeting, said the source, who has direct knowledge of the situation. The source asked for anonymity because of a lack of authorization to talk to the press. (Reporting by Marta Nogueira; Writing by Jeb Blount; Editing by Richard Chang)
