BRIEF-Petrobras offers oil union 9.53 percent wage increase

* Petrolo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras, Brazil's state-run oil company offered its striking oil workers a 9.53 percent wage increase.
* FUP, the country's largest oilworkers federation has said that wages are not their main demand.
