BUENOS AIRES, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Argentina's tax revenue jumped 40.8 percent in October from a year earlier to 104.606 billion pesos ($12.303 billion), the government said on Monday, slightly above the median forecast of 100.884 billion pesos in a Reuters poll of analysts.
Private economists estimate Argentina's inflation is as high as 40 percent which would mean the increase in tax revenue is largely explainable by consumer price increases. (Reporting by Sarah Marsh and Maximiliano Rizzi; Editing by Meredith Mazzilli)
