Argentina says economic activity grows 2.7 pct in July
BUENOS AIRES, Sept 25 (Reuters) - Argentina's economic activity grew 2.7 percent on the year in July, the government said on Friday, coming in slightly above market expectations for an increase of 2.4 percent.
The monthly EMAE economic activity index, which is a close proxy for gross domestic product, showed economic activity expanded 0.1 percent against the previous month. (Reporting by Buenos Aires newsroom; Editing by Meredith Mazzilli)
