France's Vinci wins toll road concession in peruvian capital
PARIS Aug 8 (Reuters) - France's Vinci has obtained the concession to build, operate and maintain a 25 kilometer toll road in the centre of the Peruvian capital Lima after agreeing to buy LAMSAC, the concession holder, for about 1.5 billion euros ($1.66 billion).
Vinci said the transaction would be finalised in the second half of 2016 once all approvals have been obtained. ($1 = 0.9015 euros) (Reporting by Richard Lough; Editing by Geert De Clercq)
