SANTIAGO, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Traders expect Chile's central bank to cut its benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 4.25 percent next week, a central bank poll showed on Wednesday.
Looking further ahead, a majority of traders saw the bank cutting the rate by another quarter of a percentage point by May to 4.0 percent, as the Andean country's export-dependent economy gradually slows. (Reporting by Santiago newsroom Editing by W Simon)
