Economists cut Brazil's 2016 growth, inflation forecasts - poll

BRASILIA, July 20 (Reuters) - Economists reduced their
estimates for economic growth and inflation in Brazil in 2016, a
weekly central bank survey of about 100 financial institutions
showed on Monday.
    The new forecast for Brazil's 2016 inflation rate, 5.40
percent, is closer the center of the government's target of 4.5
percent. The previous forecast was 5.44 percent.
