BRASILIA, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Brazil's non-seasonally adjusted jobless rate rose in October to 7.9 percent, statistics agency IBGE said on Thursday, exceeding market forecasts.
The median forecast in a Reuters poll of 21 economists projected the unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 7.6 percent in October. (Reporting by Silvio Cascione; Editing by Angus MacSwan)
