BRASILIA, March 14 (Reuters) - Inflation expectations for
end-2016 in Brazil fell last week after a slower-than-expected
rise in consumer prices in February, a weekly central bank
survey showed on Monday.
The median forecast of about 100 economists in the survey
projected inflation at 7.46 percent at end-2016, down from 7.59
percent in the prior week's survey but still above the 4.5
percent official target. Consumer prices rose 10.36 percent in
the 12 months through February.
