Brazil's Oleo e Gas had loss of $4.3 billion in Q4
BRASILIA, April 1 (Reuters) - Brazil's Oleo e Gas Participações SA, the oil producer formerly known as OGX, posted a net loss of 9.8 billion reais ($4.33 billion) in the fourth quarter, the company said in a filing on Tuesday.
The company, part of bankrupt tycoon Eike Batista's once high-flying energy and commodities group, accumulated a loss of 17.4 billion reais in all of 2013.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, a gauge of operating profit known as EBITDA, was 18 million reais in the fourth quarter.
