Ecopetrol's Cartagena refinery to restart in early 2015
BOGOTA, April 3 (Reuters) - The 80,000 barrel per day (bpd) Cartagena refinery of Colombian state-run oil company Ecopetrol SA will reopen in the first quarter of 2015 after its current expansion is completed, the company's executive vice-president for downstream operations said in a presentation on Thursday.
