HOUSTON, May 28 (Reuters) - Argentina's oil company Pluspetrol and its partners at Block 8 in Peru launched a tender to sell one 400,000 barrel cargo combining Loreto and Mayna crudes for delivery July 8-17 at Bayovar port, according to documents seen by Reuters on Wednesday.
Pluspetrol and its partners sell Peruvian heavy and medium crudes, natural gasoline and virgin naphtha on the open market from several production blocks.
The 300,000 barrel Loreto crude parcel will be sold by a unit in Peru of Pluspetrol, while the 100,000 barrel Mayna crude parcel will be delivered by the Argentine company and its partners Korea National Oil Corp, Daewoo International Corp and SK Innovation.
Offers will be accepted until June 4 and they must be indexed to WTI or Brent crudes front month prices.
Previously this month, Pluspetrol at partners at blocks 88 and 56 in Peru sold two 300,000 barrel cargoes of naphtha. They will be delivered from Pisco, Peru from June to July. (Reporting by Marianna Parraga)
