Brazil's Vale agrees to sell forest assets to Suzano for $233 mln

SAO PAULO, June 4 (Reuters) - Brazilian paper company Suzano Papel e Celulose SA struck a deal with mining giant Vale SA to pay 529 million reais ($233 million) over the next 10 to 15 years for forestry assets in the Vale Florestar fund, according to a Wednesday securities filing.
