MEXICO CITY, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Mexico's finance ministry on Friday submitted a 2015 budget proposal to Congress that forecasts growth of 3.7 percent next year, above the 2.7 percent growth rate predicted for this year.
The 2015 budget projected kept a prior deficit goal of 1.0 percent of gross domestic product, according to a budget publication. (Reporting by Alexandra Alper)
