Mexico spending cuts should not overly impact growth - Carstens
MEXICO CITY Feb 2 (Reuters) - Mexican spending cuts should not significantly impact growth, and given the austerity measures and the fact the central bank is willing to act if the exchange rate stokes inflation, the peso's depreciation should be limited, Gov.
