Mexico's Pemex to delay refinery upgrades due to low oil prices
MEXICO CITY Feb 16 (Reuters) - Mexico's state-run oil company Pemex will delay the execution of capital projects including refinery reconfigurations and ultra-low sulfur fuel projects amid slumping crude prices, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The statement did not provide further details on the projects it will delay or expected cost savings. (Reporting by Ana Isabel Martinez)
