SAO PAULO, May 6 (Reuters) - TIM Participaçoes SA , Brazil's second-largest wireless phone company, is not planning significant job cuts as part of its program to control costs, Chief Executive Rodrigo Abreu said on a Wednesday call to discuss earnings.
