Brazil steelmaker CSN shuffles management, names new IR head
SAO PAULO May 13 (Reuters) - Cia Siderúrgica Nacional SA, Brazil's largest diversified steelmaking group, reshuffled some key management posts on Wednesday, according to a securities filing.
The company, known as CSN, tapped Gustavo Henrique Santos de Sousa as new executive vice president for compliance and tax planning who will accumulate the title of head of investor relations. Sousa replaces David Salama, who became CSN's executive vice president for insurance, credit and patrimony, the filing added. (Reporting by Guillermo Parra-Bernal)
