LA PAZ, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Consumer prices in Bolivia rose 0.61 percent in July to leave the year-on-year inflation rate at 3.06 percent, official data showed on Wednesday.
Food and transport costs led the index higher in July.
The statement showed the annual rate of 3.06 percent was the slowest rate recorded in all of 2014 and in 2015 to date. The socialist government forecasts an inflation rate of 5.5 percent for 2015 as a whole. (Reporting by Daniel Ramos; writing by Richard Lough)
