NEW YORK, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Colombia slashed its gold holdings by two-thirds in July, to just 3.77 tonnes, as spot bullion prices sank to more than six-year lows in the market's biggest rout in years, data from the International Monetary Fund showed on Friday.
