Food prices in Bolivia drive inflation higher in September

LA PAZ, Oct 5 (Reuters) - Consumer prices in Bolivia rose 0.47 percent in September, pushing the annual inflation rate higher to 4.08 percent, official data showed on Monday.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks prices climbed 1.06 percent during September, while communication and transport costs were up 0.49 and 0.33 percent respectively. (Reporting by Daniel Ramos; Writing by Richard Lough; Editing by Ken Wills)
