Petrobras to reevaluate Comperj, Abreu refining projects
SAO PAULO, July 22 (Reuters) - Petróleo Brasileiro SA said it plans to reevaluate two massive refining and petrochemical projects in Brazil, as the nation's state-controlled oil company seeks to redefine investment priorities and cut debt for the upcoming years.
In a securities filing on Friday, Petrobras said it decided to suspend work on several ongoing projects of the Comperj petrochemical compound and the Abreu e Lima refining facilities. (Reporting by Guillermo Parra-Bernal; Editing by Leslie Adler)
