MEXICO CITY, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Fibra Via, a financial vehicle of Mexican transport infrastructure operator Pinfra , said on Friday that it had raised 11.835 billion pesos ($625 million) in a securities offering.
Fibra Via said it had placed 395 million certificates, including an overalloment, at a price of 30 pesos each.
Fibra Via is the first so-called Fibra E, a new kind of investment trust announced last year that allows the issuance of securities backed by energy and infrastructure assets. ($1 = 18.9360 Mexican pesos) (Reporting by Noe Torres; Editing by Jeffrey Benkoe)
