HOUSTON, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Argentina’s oil firm Pluspetrol and partners in blocks 88 and 56 in Peru have launched a tender to sell three 300,000 barrel cargoes of natural gasoline for delivery in September at Pisco port, according to a document seen by Reuters on Monday.
Pluspetrol and U.S. oil firm Hunt Oil, Korea’s SK Innovation , Spain’s Repsol, Argentina’s Tecpetrol and Algeria’s Sonatrach in June sold a 300,000 barrel cargo of naphtha and medium distillate blend stock going out from Peru.
Pluspetrol and other partners also frequently sell Peruvian crudes on the open market.
For this tender, the companies will accept bids until Aug. 20 and they must refer to naphtha prices from Northwest Europe or Japan. Offers indexed to natural gasoline prices at Mont Belvieu will also be received. (Reporting by Marianna Parraga; Editing by Chris Reese)
