Venezuela uses $4 bln from China fund to bolster reserves: Maduro
CARACAS Nov 18 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday said the government had transferred $4 billion from a joint fund with China into a special "strategic fund" that will be counted as part of international reserves.
Finance Minister Rodolfo Marco will soon be traveling to China to discuss financing deals, Maduro said during a televised broadcast. (Reporting by Brian Ellsworth; Editing by Chris Reese)
