SANTIAGO, Nov 25 (Reuters) - A key plant at the Aconcagua oil refinery in central Chile was on fire on Tuesday, but the blaze is "being controlled", two sources at state oil firm ENAP told Reuters.
The fire is affecting the Topping II plant, the sources said. TV pictures showed smoke rising high in the air above the refinery. (Reporting by Antonio de la Jara Editing by W Simon)
