Board of Brazil's Cosan elects new CEO -filing
SAO PAULO, April 1 (Reuters) - The board of Brazilian sugar and ethanol producer Cosan SA elected Nelson Gomes Neto as its new chief executive after current leaders resigned, according to a filing on Wednesday.
The company's former CEO Marcos Lutz and the chief financial officer Marcelo Eduardo Martins resigned, the filing said. (Reporting by Caroline Stauffer; Editing by Chris Reese)
