** Conglomerate Cosan Ltd's shares up 4.5 pct at $11.31, while electricity producers Companhia Energetica de Minas Gerais Cemig shares up 4.7 pct at $7.07 and Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras SA's shares up 7.5 pct at $3.02
