BRUSSELS - The European Union and Mexico will hold the 7th EU-Mexico summit. The summit is an opportunity to launch negotiations to modernize the bilateral legal framework between the EU and Mexico and to review existing bilateral mechanisms/dialogue. NEW DELHI - Indian federal Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will meet heads of state-run banks and financial institutions to review their performance for the last fiscal year that ended in March. JOHANNESBURG - South African Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene speaks on "A Treasury perspective on future tax reform" at Bureau for Economic Research annual conference, which will focus on South Africa's economic growth constraints, tax reform and monetary policy - 0600 GMT.
