PARIS, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 18 to 19 points higher, or up 0.3 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 42 to 49 points higher, or up 0.5 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 9 to 12 points higher, or up 0.3 percent.
