PARIS, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 10 to 11 points lower, or down 0.16 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 12 to 13 points lower, or down 0.14 percent, and France's CAC
40 to open 10 to 11 points lower, or down 0.25 percent.
