European Factors to Watch-Shares seen edging lower

LONDON, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters predicted Britain's FTSE
100 to open 6 to 7  points lower, or as much as 0.1 percent down,
Germany's DAX to open 11 to 14 points lower, or as much as 0.2 percent,
and France's CAC 40 to fall 5 to 6 points, or as much as 0.1 percent on
Thursday.
