PARIS, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 22 to 29 points higher, or up 0.4 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 50 to 60 points higher, or up 0.6 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 21 to 25 points higher, or up 0.5 percent.
