PARIS, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 2 to 5 points higher, or up 0.1 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 10 to 15 points higher, or up 0.1 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 21 to 24 points higher, or up 0.5 percent.
