PARIS, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 3 to 4 points lower, or down 0.06 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 26 to 38 points lower, or down 0.4 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 13 points lower, or down 0.3 percent.
