MADRID, April 20 (Reuters) - Spanish builder FCC is studying the creation of a single vehicle to group its concessions business and channel future contracts, a company source said on Monday.
"The idea is to group together concessions and projects in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile and North America and OECD countries, mainly Britain and Ireland," the source said, adding the vehicle would concentrate on public-private partnerships.
FCC's concessions business, including construction and service contracts, accounts for over 60 percent of the company's revenue and is linked to just over 5 billion euros ($5.37 billion) of net debt. ($1 = 0.9308 euros) (Reporting by Carlos Ruano; Writing by Paul Day)
