European Factors to Watch-Shares seen opening lower

FRANKFURT, May 12 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's
FTSE 100 to open 14 to 15 points lower, or as much 0.2 percent,
Germany's DAX to open 63 to 66 points lower, or as much as 0.6 percent,
and France's CAC 40 to open 17 to 18 points lower, or as much as 0.4
percent.
