Emirates plans world's longest non-stop flight with Panama service
DUBAI Aug 13 (Reuters) - Dubai airline Emirates will begin commercial services to Panama City from Feb. 1 next year, it said on Thursday, adding that the route would be the world's longest non-stop commercial flight.
The flight to Panama on a Boeing 777-200 LR jet with a three-class layout will be Emirates' first entry into Central America, with a flight time of 17 hours and 35 minutes, the airline said. (Reporting by Nadia Saleem; Editing by David Goodman)
