PARIS, Aug 4 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100
 to open 11 points higher, or up 0.2 percent, Germany's DAX to
open 6 points higher, or up 0.1 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 15
points higher, or up 0.4 percent.
