PARIS, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 10 to 13 points lower, or down 0.2 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 21 to 22 points higher, or up 0.2 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 10 to 11 points higher, or up 0.3 percent.
