PARIS, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open 3 to 4 points higher, or up 0.1 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 4 to 6 points lower, or down 0.1 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 10 points lower, or down 0.2 percent.
