PARIS, Oct 16 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE
100 to open around 28 points higher, or up 0.5 percent, Germany's DAX
 to open 37 points higher, or up 0.4 percent, and France's CAC 40
 to open 15 points higher, or up 0.4 percent.
